I have a map of East Hetton with most of the streets named on it, there's no Plantation Street but one or two are not named, perhaps you could figure it out from the streets either side on the census? If anyone wants a copy of the map pm me an email address and I will send it on.

Cheers,

Dan

Hey... late to the thread

I've come across Plantation Row, East Hetton

My family tree links to a 1891 Census (number 182) Plantaition Row, East Hetton, Kelloe, Coxhoe

Walking through the census, there is a Smokey Row (< 179)

Plantation Row seems to turn into Plantation St from number 210 ... there is a shop listed as number 209 (listed as the Kitson family) - Ref RG12/4103 (East Hetton, Durham)

Hope this helps?
