BURROWS   , Elsie Pauline (Daisy). Mother of Colin, Pat and Esme. 4 Oct 1963 aged 59. (Sister of Victoria Maud Nicholls) if this helps

Blake I have posted this information on reply#17.

Jack live in Holyoke dwellingup WA i think from what my dad tells me

Would your father know when?  If Jack was John Leslie, Frederick's youngest brother, then he may not have been old enough or enrolled to vote.

G-day Blake,
I was wondering if you are able to assist with providing me with any information on who your father is and whether you live in WA?
Thanks
