I'd forgotten that a lot of the Dorset registers are now on ancestry:

Maria Barnes d George (a miller) and Maria Barnes, bap 16 Jun 1844 in Wimborne.

Marriage:
2 July 1843   Wimborne Minster
George Barnes, lab s Charles Barnes, lab
Maria Harris, d Thomas Harris, baker

Baptism:
14 Aug 1814   Wimborne Minster
George Barnes s Charles and Rebecca Barnes, labourer of Holt

Charles Barnes of Broomhill, Holt died in 1874 aged 85.

(other children include Charles 1817, Jane Mary 1824, Benjamin 1832)

I'm sure there is lots more if you want it.

Richard
All the families I am researching are listed on the main page here:

Wow, thank you, Richard! That's terrific.

I don't have an Ancestry subscription because all my ancestors are from Scotland. I am doing a bit of research for a friend, which is where Edward and Maria come in, so if I'm going to follow them up I'll have to have a think about it.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
