Elizabeth MASON c1681 - confused

Elizabeth Mason, my 7th great grandmother, married William Haines 29 October 1700 in Aspenden.  Can anyone confirm which Elizabeth please?  I have her as b 1681 in Little Hadham based on the fact that the Hadhams were in the same Hundred as Aspenden and also William Haines came from Much Hadham.  Howver, recent hints have made me wonder as several have Elizabeth Mason b 1682 in Braughing.   Any information to help me identify her parents which I currently have as Samuel Mason and Elizabeth Wood, would be greatly appreciated.
