Here's a link to the family in the 1901 census- she's Eliza not Elizabeth:
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Strabane/Clady_Road/1754359

It's really impossible to tell from census if the other grandchildren are Eliza's cousins or siblings but perhaps you have more details you haven't posted that would clear this up.

Wondering if you are trying to trace Eliza's family backwards, forwards (more recent records) or both? We can't post details of living, or possibly living, people but if you can let us know exactly what you'd like to find we will try to help.

Here's Eliza Diver and grandchildren, etc. in 1911 census-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Strabane_South__Urban/Urney_Road/850875

'Your' Eliza now called Lizzie and a few different relatives in the household.

Margerie Diver from 1901 census seems to be the Margery Mary Diver that married Apr./June 1902 Strabane registration district (volume 2 page 337 in civil register).

Hi,
The marriage mentioned by Aghadowey took place on 10 April 1902 in Strabane Roman Catholic Church. The groom was James Arbuckle.

If Maggie Jane was illegitimate then her father is unlikely to be listed on her birth certificate but sometimes a baptismal record will indicate the father (or possible father) depending on the clergyman. Such recent church records will probably not be available online.

The same applies to Eliza if she was illegitimate.

Did either Maggie Jane or Eliza marry? if so, marriage certificates might hold some information. Also worth checking death certificates, although that does depend on what the informant knew.

(no I'm not related)
