Jeremiah Kelly - County Clare

Hello,

I am trying to track down my ancestor, Jeremiah Kelly, who I believe was from Clare.  Jeremiah was born in 1834 to James and Bridget Kelly.  He left for Australia in either 1853 or 1855 and died in 1888 in Bundalong (near the border of Victoria and New South Wales).

I have been told that he was from Killarney in County Clare, but that appears to be a mistake.  I have seen someone else's family tree that indicates he may have actually been from Kilmurry in Clare.  Unfortunately, I can't get hold of this person who put this tree together.

I have searched many passenger lists to Australia but cannot find any close matches.

Due to regularity that the Kelly name appears everywhere in Ireland I am finding it difficult to find the right Jeremiah! Any advice would be appreciated...
