This is the first time I've used this site - found it quite by chance thru a very kind person at the Glamorgan Family History Society.  As I said previosuly I have info startingwith the parents of these 5 Clinch brothers and the descendants all but 4 of their families.    Can't get in touch with Dannemois quickly enough.

Happy researching to all on the list.

Regards.

Thanks again John for all the info.   I'm surprised that I cannot find more info on this family. Still looking for the burial place of their parents Thomas and Catherine Clinch(Hughes) - both died December 1920.

This newspaper detail is really interesting.

Thanks again.

My grandfather was the youngest brother, John Joseph Clinch (1880-1934). He married Margaret Ellen Fulford in Barry, South Wales in 1910 and they had six children, one of home, Desmond Clinch, is still alive (aged 88). My mother was the youngest of the six children and was born in 1929 at Pontlottyn Police Station, South Wales. She died in 2007 aged 78.
