I do agree with Toni, as there is more than 1 possibility even with a sister named Ruth into the mix. I wonder if the birth cert of the child born 1911 would be a good idea - as it was close to the Census and the address may be able to be traced?
Just in case though:
Magwen & William married Dec Qtr Haverfordwest. and if Hannah/Anna is said to have died very close to that time, in Haverfordwest RD area the only possibility I can see is: Harriet A MORGAN age 58 (born abt 1884) in Dec Qtr 1942.
I wonder if the following is her: right sort of area in the Census! The marriage area isn't as far as what we 'know' so far, but the names fit...
