Hi all

I have received the attached document as part of my great great grandfathers estate papers.  I am struggling to read and in places even decipher it. 
Don't understand it either.
Any help in translating and deciphering would be very welcome.

Hi would love to translate your document, however the page needs to be flat and scanned so I can read the writing much more clearly.Cheers Derek
