Is it possible for a death certificate to be different when you have ordered it from the gro site.  I mean when you order the volume no on the gro site could it come back to wrong.

Hi,

I was once sent an incorrect certificate, some years ago when various checking details could be added. The GRO asked me to return the incorrect one and sent the one I had ordered.   Human error somewhere in GRO.
