Per the earliest Electoral Rolls for Tasmania available online:  William and Maria were living at **** in 1914 - it is no more specific than that.

Hillview, i wonder....  I could certainly agree with bringing the name back if it is indeed linked to the Cottage   :)
I do have Deeds and Purchase Grants in 1927 & 1931 so 1914 i reckon is pre this land purchase. Thanks for the link   :)

In memorials to the family, M.L.KEMP of Hillview, **** this is in the 1920’s.  By 1930, she is saying WAYSIDE, ****.

Unfortunately the Electoral Roll does not list the house name. 

These are from the historical newspapers on TROVE.

There are advertisements that could apply to the land in this time period. Some come with a cottage!

A book compiled by a fellow Moody researcher states that Maria and William lived at Hillview, ****
