The photo looks very Edwardian to me- 1901 - 1910.  Others may disagree, hope that helps.

Early - mid 1890's.The kickup is a bit of a givaway.

Sorry Jim,but what is a kickup.
Also what age would you put the vicar at & also the age of the woman to his right.The vicar was born 1860.

A kickup was a style popular from 1889-93 & consisted of a raised sleeve at the shoulder,as this one is quite full would put it at the upper end,1892-94 depending how fashionable she was.I would say both parties were in their 30's.The child who's hand she's holding looks about 3.
