I wasn't certain with him as it was in Sheppey - but glad you've located him in 1901.

Apologies - it's late and my brain's fuddled.   William John Austin (senior) had a son William John Austin (aged 1 in 1891).  The death entry I mentioned was a possibility for the son.

We have no problem with the boys birthplaces but from what source did you get the info that Emma married Austin?

William Henry's grandaughter. That is why the family used to refer to her as 'Granny Austin'
