FTM 2006 conundrums

Hi all, I have a couple of questions on how to get all the information I've entered, to publish when I produce the books.

Publishing the books and exporting to pdf is no problem but I do have two issues:

1. If someone has a nickname ie. entered as AKA ...... , when I produce the book, it doesn't also print the AKA name.

2. I'm having difficulty getting all the facts to publish ie. in the edit section/fact tab. Is there a way of publishing them all.  I see the make preferred but I want to print them all.  Is this possible?

EDIT  I've just thought of a third question.  Can I publish photos in the pdfs?

Photographs can be added, been such a long time i can't recall how i did it, (insert image command?)  and 2006 won't work with my new 64 bit machine.

I spent quite a while plating with wrapping text round the images, it takes some time to get it looking right but is worth the effort.

I went down the route of writing a story based on individuals and surnames so the query about facts into things is something I can't help with.
