Metal Box in Mansfield
« on: Monday 28 November 11 12:50 GMT (UK) »
Hi All,

Just wondered if any one knew of any records relating to former employees on the metal box factory in Mansfield - My great great grandmother worked there for the majority of her adult life and would love to be able to obtain further information on her time there.

Thanks for sany help you can give

Try the book 'Metal Box a history' by W J Reader.  it was commissioned by the board of directors  and covers the company's history up to about 1970.

There is also a dedicated web site
