Court Records - Owestry, 1922

Would anyone know if court records from May-June 1922 are available to the public?  My great grandfather, Cecil Duffy, was before the Owestry court as he was displaced from Ireland by the IRA (he was an ex-army Officer (MC) and it was alleged that he misrepresented himself in order to get food and accomodation.
