Goginan would not have been a parish in it's own right but would have come under Llanbadarn Fawr.   An entry in GENUKI shows a parish entry for Capel Bangor in The Welsh Church Year book for 1929 mentioning St Comgall & Goginan Mission Church in the Rural Deanery of Llanbadarn Fawr.
