I tried to download this picture without success, but jakeflakes has helped me with the photo so here goes!

Auntie Cis is looking a bit tatty, and she was always and elegant lady.  Please can you work your magic in restoring this photo?

The dress is a maroon/dark pink colour and I presume the flowers on the hat are the same.
