Website for St Helens Pinxton

Hello everyone,

I recently came across the following website for St Helens Church, Pinxton in Derbyshire:

Very helpfully they have made databases of their parish records and put them onto CDs.  They also offer a paid surname look up service via email. 

I have recently sent several emails to the address requesting the look up service and not getting any reply.  At first I had a short reply back, but now I am no longer receiving any reply from them whatsoever. I wondered what i can do to find out if everything is okay with the website or the person who was offering the service. Has anyone else experienced a problem with this?
