Okay here are some possibles

Susanna Bardon married to Richard Humphry 23 Jun 1834 at Nettlestead, Kent
Susannah Armstrong married to Richard Humphrys 27 Jul 1835 at St Mary, Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Susannah Lewin married 09 Sept 1832 at Saint Giles, Camberwell, Surrey, England

On the 1841 census there is this listing
Richard Humphress 45
Susan Humphress 30
Sarah Humphress 7
Berkshire, England  Civil Parish of East Lockinge.

I have already found information that states that Richard and Susan had a daughter called Sarah Ann Humphries (possibly baptised at East Lockinge, Berkshire on 20 Jul 1834) so the census would relate to this family

Census and other historical recorded data does have lots of variants of name as the transcribers and the individuals either could not spell or did not see the importance of correct recording.  I find this alot in my job at Nottinghamshire Archives.

When looking for Susan Humphries I would also suggest that you look under susanna and susannah.

Hope this is of help to you
