McCormack, Lacken, Auburn contact please
« on: Wednesday 21 December 11 08:00 GMT (UK) »
I wish to contact any of the McCormacks of Lacken, Auburn regarding a Great War casualty who might be related. His name was Hugh McCormack. Wondering where he was buried please. Please P.M.me. I also wondered if the M is often dropped?
 Thanking you kindly in advance.
 Kind regards.
 Tom

Hi
question because I genuinely don't know.

Auburn?  guessing somewhere in Ireland?  I am in AUstralia and we have a few Auburns here too and I have McCormack in my family - my ggg grandmother was McCormack who married Fox in the midlands of Ireland (probably Westmeath, possibly ROscommon or Longford).
