The child sitting front left with the pulled up socks - her socks don't seem to be held up by garters but bu elasticized tops!   If so  . . . . . . . ?   :-\

Yes those shoes on the right look like canvas lace-ups.

Shame it won't enlarge enough to be able to see what else is written on the book.

That could give the author or publisher
