Hi there - bclc my mother and Aunty are definitely part of this Jordan clan. My Aunty (86) is a wealth of information but honestly i don't know what questions to even ask to start piecing this family history together. There's definitely bad blood as my mother refuses to get into any detail... can you PM me or something and I can try to pull something together?

i am only seeing this now. Sorry! I will message you with my email so we can share some info.  yes lots of bad blood.

LECA will need to make at least one more post, to receive a message on the PM system.

Hi,
A relative sent me this link, I’m the grandchild  of Marcella Jordan, listed in bclc71 original post. While not actively researching my lineage I do drop in and out as time allows, another relative shared this link with me. I’d also be curious to discover what can be found from the surviving Jordan family members.
Since the original post, May Jordan has also passed in 2017.
Look forward to connecting, I’m based in Dublin.

Hi Nettekee, I believe Marcella had one son, who had two children. So I think I know who you must be.  I can't message you via rootschat because of their rules ( you haven't enough activity to allow messaging and I can't  provide an email address. ) so please comment here so that you have enough activity and I can then message you.   If you are you I think you must me we are matched on ancestry DNA as second cousins so you could contact via ancestry instead.
