Sue I would suggest that Ernest ABRAM is Winifred's brother.  He was 28 year 10 months of age in 1916.

On the 1914 electoral roll Ernest, Frank, John and Winifred are living at Ivanhoe.  Parents Wm and Ann both died in 1912.
