? same lady completed

im trying to decide if the lady on her own is same person as the one sitting in chair,would be interested in others opinions,also any chance on date and possible ages

Both the elderly ladies look very similar to me, are they sisters?  I think the second photo could be either of them in their younger days!

Hi kpnuts :)

I would put the group portrait at around 1920 (that's a very short skirt the young lady is sporting!) and the single portrait in the mid-late 1880s, maybe around 1887/8 or so.

I agree with whipby that the young lady in the single portrait could be either of the older ladies in the group portrait  :)

i wish i knew who they are,not writing on photos,i know the name of the lady in the single photo.i think they are possibly german ancestors of mine

Looks similar and i do think there's a family resemblance and also the one standing up behind her loks like a family member.
