Turns out that your research has resolved two of my brick walls in one go!
Louisa Callen nee Underwood was born in London in 1856 and I could only trace the 1861 and 1871 England census records for her in London - now I have her family.  I am wondering on the 1910 New York State Census you mentioned, is there any more info on her daughter Margaret and the two sons?
I have also found a 1930 US Federal Census entry for Louisa in New York, but am unable to access any further info.
Re the death record for Florence Emily Dreschler, it is interesting to note that in the England 1891 and 1901 census records, she was only referred to as Emily Underwood, so I am very confident that we have the correct death record here.
In an earlier note you mentioned that a WWI Draft Registration card for Nicholas Dreschler had him living in Bronx, New York with a wife & 2 children. One of them is Frederick Phillip, but is the name of the other child noted?
As a matter of interest, do the US census records state occupations? I'd be fascinated to know what Nicholas and Joseph Dreschler did, also Samuel Callen.
You know, you have been so helpful, and I really feel almost embarrassed to ask you more questions. It's opened up a whole new area of interest in the family tree, fascinating stuff, and so frustrating that I haven't access to these records myself!
Once again, my sincere thanks for your help.

No problem - it's nice when things fall into place.

You can see the image of the 1900 Census with Louisa, Samuel, & family here:  https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-266-11933-68668-71?cc=1325221  The children's surname was Lavery, so looks like they're from a previous marriage.  There is a marriage on italiangen.org for Samuel Callen & Louisa Lavery from 24 Aug. 1890.

It looks like Louisa Callen took a trip home, as she sailed from Liverpool to New York on the Mauretania, arriving 8 Sep. 1911.  You should be able to see the passenger list on www.ellisisland.org (which is free with registration).  It's a bit hard to read, but on the second page it says she's a US citizen and was going to join Mr. Joseph Dreschler.

1930 Census, 438-440 West 164th St., New York, NY
Callen, Louisa, head, female, white, age 74, widowed, age at 1st marriage - 30 (I think?  it could be 20), b. England, parents b. England, immigrated 1873, naturalized, no occupation.

WWI Draft Registration Card, 5 Jun. 1917
Nicholas Drechsler
174 Southern Blvd., New York City, NY
Born 15 Mar. 1887 in Himmelberg, Bavaria-Germany
Declared 1st papers for naturalization
Occupation - chauffeur
Employer - Carman Storage Warehouse, 465 W. 150 St.
Dependents - wife, 2 children
Married
White, short, stout build, blue eyes, light hair, not bald, no disabilities.
No prior military service

The italiangen death index has a Mary Dreschler who died at 22 hours old on 8 Oct. 1911 in the Bronx.  I don't think they would have counted a deceased child as dependent, but maybe she belongs to them.

I found an obit for Samuel on www.fultonhistory.com.  It says that he died 24 May 1947.  His survivors were his wife, daughters Mrs. George Hillman and Mrs. Beatrice Judge, sisters Mrs. Margaret Dreschler of East Berlin, Connecticut, Mrs. John Drechler of New York City, and Mrs. Louise Lavery of Boston, Mass., and brother James of Hillcrest, Florida.

Social Security Death Index has Beatrice C. Judge, born 13 Aug. 1916, died 24 Nov. 2004, last residence - Westwood, New Jersey, Social Security number issued in New York before 1951.  Also there's Harriet Hillman, b. 3 Jan. 1915, died Mar. 1987, last residence -Floral Park, New York, Social Security number issued in New York before 1951.
