The image is not that bad i've seen worse it's pretty easy to clean.

sorry to hear that Irene but I don't think it's that hard just need little time and thoughts before restoration. You done a good job regardless.

Like I said it can be restored I am not satisfied with the results because the photo is very small to work with  and I did not want to strained my eyes anymore if only a larger size can be posted.

GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers
