Weatherson/Weatherston, Coldstream

Can anyone help me?!  My 3x great grandfather, Thomas Weatherston/Weatherson married Isabella Robertson in Coldstream on 08.10.1848. I have the image of the parish register from scotlands people website. 

A relative gave me a MI transcription of Thomas' gravestone in Lennel church yard which gave me the details of 3 of his 4 children - Margaret b 1849, d 1850, John b 1853, d 1854 and Isabella b 1854, d 1872.  It also gave me a year of death for his wife as 1854.  They also had a child Thomas born approx 1852 who I descend from.

I cannot find birth details for any of the children can anyone help?  The only information I have for his son Thomas' birth comes from census extracts estimating his year of birth as 1852.

I have found a death for the daughter Isabella on the statutory registers and also a parish burial register for his wife Isabella.
