anybody say what is an Mason Shicken?

Could it be that his occupation was a mason and he lived in the parish of Strichen?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

That sounds very interesting. I will study the document carefully and se, but I think that it could be Strichen.
