From the diary of Edward Arpin of Felmersham....

Febr 10 1825 Robert Costin and James Hulet sent prison for sheep stealing

March 11th 1825 Robert Costin and James Hulett was condded to be hanged, but was reprvd, but was transported for life

Mar 16th George Costin & Dickins Prigmore was sent to gaol for setin fire to Mr Pains barn at Harwick and sheep stealing.

Mar 17th Francis Hulett was sent to gaol for the fire and sheep stealing

Apr 25th James Hulet and Robert Costin was sent beyond the seas for sheep stealing  

July 15th George Costin and Francis Hulet was conmed to be hanged, bur was transported for life. Dickens Prigmore turned Kings Everd

1826 Robert Hulett at Oakley got harvest home on Aug 5th......


BHRS notes ...
1825 - Robert Costin & James Hewlett were both age 25
Francis Hulett aged 25
