Hi, I'm looking for Cecelia O'Sullivan's birth and family.  She was born cir 1863 in Cork, Ireland. Would appreciate any help I can get. ;D

Civil registration of births started in 1864 so if Cecilia was born before this time you'd need to search for church records. If you know of a younger sibling you might want to start by searching for their birth/parents under the extracted Irish births-
