Can anyone please Improve granddads background
« on: Wednesday 25 January 12 22:05 GMT (UK) »
Hi
Can anyone improve granddads background please!  :)

In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth

Thank you! All - so much!!!! Some great backgrounds and lovely frames.  :)

Very much appreciated.

Also a special thanks particularly to Niksmum  ;) who brought granddads face back to something like recognisable from the tatty-est dotted faint black white photo you could imagine about 2 years ago! (Like newspaper photo's) then brought colour his face - pure magic! New York style.  :D

Pure genius really! :D

Dobby

PS -Old granddad was fighing fires in Sheffield only about 3 years before this photo was taken in WW 2 & died aged 90 in 1957. Hence importance of this photo too our family! as the only one of him.
