i  am looking  for  Percy Harvey  born 1884  born at  sea.   He  is  in the  1911 census  in Cleethorpes  a painter ,  i cannot  find  him  any where  else  other  that a  marriage  to  Ethel Brooks  in 1916. I  would  be   pleased for some  help.

I read this as the 1911 shows him born at sea - and that he cannot be found on any other census

  i cannot  find  him anywhere   other  than  the  1911  and  i  dont  know  where  he  was   born
other  than at  sea.
