Although the marriage says telford, I think you will find them more commonly as Tilford (these are my Selbys btw!)

I may have found one of WILLIAM SELBY,s sisters. WILLIAM  who married ANNIE TIFORD.

His sister ELIZABETH SELBY  c 1865  was working as a domestic servant in the 1881 census. this is what i have.
