GRANDMA NEED HELP

I would be very grateful if I could have this photo repaired.  This is my grandmother who was born in Germany.  Can anyone tell me if there anything of significant in the style of dress.  Photo is taken in about 1903.

Hi schio :)

It looks like it could be some sort of regional or national costume, so if you knew where in Germany your grandmother came from you might be able to chase up a match online.  Alternatively it may just be a pastiche of such a costume.

Thanks Carol. That does look good.  Actually my German grandmother went blind from Scarlet Fever.  She had 9 children.  Isn't that hat cute.
