the wife of this family in 1881 is a macaskill, but her childrens births all give her 1st name as annabella???

I don't live all that far from Inverkirkaig - say 10 miles - and I've definitely heard of the Inverkirkaig McAskills. In fact a female McAskill (now in her 80s) married into a local family. If you're interested I'll put out some feelers and get back to you via PM. It will be next week at the earliest mind  :)
