No can do.  Send in a contract form to SP, asking them to decipher.  They can get to the originals.  Helped me a couple of times.

I still haven't looked at my tree.
tomorrow, I'll work it out.

Hi Jo,
I think Thomas Macintosh is the registrar, as well as the witness for just about everything on that certificate, except in the column listing officiating minister and witnesses, where there is also what looks to be a "J Macintosh" as well! 
Rent-a-witness perhaps?
