bequeath unto the said       the sum of three hundred pounds which
I direct shall be paid unto her the said      when she shall attain
the age of twenty one years and it is my will that the same legacy
shall not bear interest during the minority of the said     and in case
the said         shall die under the age of twenty one years without
leaving lawful issue her surviving then I direct that the same legacy
shall sink into and form part of my residuary personal Estate hereinafter
bequeathed and shall thenceforth cease to be a charge on the said H___
and Premises hereinbefore devised to the said     I give and
devise unto the said      my Freehold Close of Arable Land called
Hines formerly two Closes situate at Corsley aforesaid

Contains eight acres or thereabouts and is now in the occupation of John
     and also those two Freehold Cottages at Bagwell Hill in the Parish
of Corsley aforesaid with the Gardens thereto belonging purchased by me of
my said late Nephew        and now in the respective occupations of
John Watts and John Haines to hold the same Close of Land Cottages
Gardens and heriditaments unto the said         his heirs & assigns
for ever for his and their absolute use and benefit I give and bequeath unto
the said         those two Closes of Arable Land situate at Corsley
aforesaid one called Trollips with the Barn thereon and the other called in
Culvers containing together about ten acres now in my own occupation and
held by me for an unexpired leasehold interest under the said Marquess of

Bath to hold the same Closes and Premises unto the said William Baily
his executors administrators and assigns for all my Estate and interest therein
to come and unexpired at the time of my decease for this and their absolute use
and benefit I give and bequeath to the trustees for the time being of the
     Chapel at       in the said Parish of        the sum of Five
hundred pounds in trust to be by them invested in their names in the
Parliamentary stocks and Public Funds of great Britain or at interest on Freehold lands and upon
further trust to pay or apply the interest dividends and annual proceeds
thereof in manner following that is to say as to the annual sum of Two
pounds part thereof to pay the same to or among the Choir of Singers at
the said Chapel and as to the residue of the said interest dividends and
annual produce in the first place to apply the same in or towards the
necessary repairs of the said Chapel and in the next place to pay or apply the
surplus of such interest dividends and annual proceeds towards the support
of the Minister of the said Chapel for the time being I give and bequeath
to       &          Children of       and of my late Niece
     his Wife formerly      the sum of Fifty pounds to be paid to
them respectively on their respectively attaining the age of twenty one years
without interest and I declare that if the said      &       the
Legatees or either of them shall die under the age of twenty one years
without leaving lawful issue him or her respectively surviving the legacy
or legacies of him or her or them so dying shall sink into and form part of my
Residuary Personal Estate hereafter bequeathed I give and bequeath all
the Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate debts monies securities
for money Stock in Trade Chattels & Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto
the said       for his own absolute use and benefit I give
devise and bequeath unto the said       his heirs Executors

Administrators and assigns repectively all such Estates as are vested in
me by way of mortgage for all my Estate and interest in the same and
according to the nature and quality thereof respectively I nominate and
appoint        of Diltons Marsh in the Parish of Westbury
Wilts and the said         Executors of this my will and I
revoke all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made &
have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twenty
ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty
        Signed at the end by the said Testatrix
     in the presence of us present at the same time who in her
presence heve hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereof
Alf Whitaker Sol Frome?? Somerset    J E Stringfield Clerk to Mr Whitaker
Proved at London 10 March     before the Judge by the Oaths of
the       &       the younger the Exors
to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Canon duly to
administer.
