Have you thought of posting this information as a 'postem' on freebmd website
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl

If you select the entry it refers to, click the glasses icon alongside - on the left handside of the page just above the 'view the original' it says you may add a postem.  I do this with all of my certificates posting as much info from it as possible.
