Capel le Fern look up

I have an Elizabeth Goddard b Capel around 1808 and Samuel b maybe 1811.
I think the parents were William and Sarah goddard.
If any one is going to Folkestone where I think the records for Capel may be please could they look these two up.

 Glancing at the censii for Samuel,s born Folkestone area 1811 ish , looks like his father could have been a Samuel as well!
