I've found this from The London Gazette, dated August 15th

August 13th, 1851.   Bankrupts.

George Nock and John Williams of 18 Frith Street, Soho, goldmiths and jewellers
to surrender the 22nd August at ten, and 3rd of October at twelve, at the court of Bankruptcy, Basinghall St. London.

Official Assignee, Mr Wm. Whitmore, 2 Basinghall St.
Attorney, Mr C B Teague 5, Crown Court, Cheapside.

Pels.

In 1841 John Williams, age 40 - occupation Goldsmith, is living at 18, Frith Street, no sign of George Nock though.

Middlesex
Parish: Kensington - part.

Townships:
 •  Brompton
 •  Kensall Green - part.

The above are piece numbers where part of, or all are missing.
Makes you wonder whether they are in the missing area in 1841.

Hi

The will of Gertrude Elizabeth Nock spinster was proved 4th February 1874 at the Principal Registry. She died 17th October 1873 of Woodside House, Gipsey Hill Upper Norwood but formerly of 47 Brompton Cresecent Middlesex. Her sister Evelyn Sarah Nock spinster of the same address was the executor. The information at least gives you the full sister's names.

Proving the will must have been interesting because Gertrude's death was registered in another surname (the surname of her two children with her in 1861). There is no indication in the will index she was using an alias.

Deaths Dec 1873
Canning  Gertrude Elizabeth S  37  Lambeth  1d 373

This may be Evelyn Sarah's death registration

Deaths Jun 1928
Nock  Evelyn S A  88  Croydon  2a 382

Rather begs the question if it is her of where she disappeared to on census records after 1871? On the 1911 census (free search) she may be the Evelyn Sarah Angell (surname transcribed as) Nate in Croydon registration aged 70. If her third name was Angell and it is Evelyn it maybe a clue to her mother's maiden name.

Possible siblings (uncles and aunts ot the 1851 census children)? On her marriage in 1847 Helen Isabella gives her father as George Nock a goldsmith. No indication on George John's baptism of his date of birth.

WILLIAM CHARLES NOCK
Birth:  05 MAR 1813
Christening:  30 JAN 1825   Saint Luke, Chelsea, London
Father:  GEORGE NOCK
Mother:  CATHARINE

GEORGE JOHN NOCK
and
JESSE CATHERINE NOCK
Christening:  31 MAY 1818   Old Church, Saint Pancras, London
Father:  GEORGE NOCK
Mother:  CATHARINE

HELEN ISABELLA FRANCES NOCK
Birth:  16 JAN 1827
Christening:  11 FEB 1827   Saint Anne Soho, Westminster, London
Father:  GEORGE NOCK
Mother:  CATHERINE

There is a George Nock marriage in 1811 at St George Hanover Square.
