Mildred Helen Elizabeth Shipton b. 13 Sept 1907 city of Brantford.  parents Daniel shipton and Jane Augusta Jenkins living at 135 Colbourne St. Brantford.  His occupation - labourer.

Dan. Shipton, 27 with wife Mrs. Jane 27 and male child Master Shipton 2 and her sister(? ) Miss Mary Jenkins 23 arrived on the Ottawa 30 May 1907 heading for Brantford.

Mildred Helen Shipton was born 13 Sep 1907 in Brantford, Ontario. Her parents were Daniel Shipton and Jane Augusta Jenkins.

There is a marriage for Daniel and Jane in the Free BMD indicating their marriage was registered in the third quarter of 1904 in Islington (vol 1b, page 767).

Daniel, Jane and a 2 year old son arrived in Quebec on the Ottawa on 30 May 1907. Here's a link to the passenger list at Library and Archives Canada:

Mildred and her mother left Montreal on the Dominion, arriving in Liverpool on 13 Sep 1909. It appears Daniel and John left Montreal on the Tunisian, arriving in Liverpool on 24 Jul 1909.
