What happened to my uncle

My grandfather fought during the WW1, whilst he was away he was reported missing presumed dead, so my grandmother gave up her new born baby, her 4th child, which must have been dificult for her to do. Her best friend Cissie Vine nee Vaughan bought Horace up. I would like to find him & or his family. Horace V Austin born 1st quarter 1916 in Blaina. I was once told that Horace lived at  Newbridge. Is there anyway I can trace him? Horace's parents were Thomas Roberts & Sarah Austin. Regards Trish.

I have some info, others might have sent you details already.  But I think Horace married and died 1973?
