1630 Muster Rolls: Only in PRONI?

I'm trying to obtain the 1630 Tyrone muster rolls and was hoping they were on an LDS microfilm that I could order but all I could find was references to PRONI.  Does anyone have access to them or have a copy? 

Im in New York, but I would pay a local researcher to obtain these for me if possible.

According to one of my reference books, 1630 Muster Roll available in National Library, Dublin (Pos.206) as well as PRONI (T.808/15164). There's also an 1631 Muster Roll in PRONI (T.934). Checked the LDS online catalogue but couldn't find it listed.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
