Are the Kent Assizes Records online??

I am looking for the court records fo my ancestor Hanson Howarth from Lancashire who left Sheerness 30 Sept 1836 arrived NSW 7 Feb 1837 onboard John II.

I checked what was on A2A, for Lancashire Court, but no luck.

Quite simply, no they're not online.  You should be able to get his date & place of conviction from Australian records - take a look at some of the threads on the emmigrants to Australia board and maybe post there - then you will know for sure where to start looking:

He wasn't necessarily tried in Kent - there were a number of convict hulks in the area which held convicts until they were actually transported to Australia.

You may well have made some progress with this request but, if not, a Hanson HAWORTH age 20 was tried at the county sessions Salford, Lancaster 20/26 Oct 1835 for larceny and sentenced to 7 years transportation.
