Once agin many thanks for this help. I just needed to be able to determine the Elisha Hocking that d in Aus in 1898 was not the same one who went to America.

Victoria, Australia (Assited and Unassisted) - Elisha Hocking  abt 1833 and Aged 25
Departs Liverpool - Arrives 2 Feb 1858 Melbourne. Aiustralia  - Ship was the Chancellor. -This record looks highly likely.

When Elisha died 1898 -Name: Elisha Hocking Death Place: Eaglehawk, Victoria Age: 63 Father's Name: Hocking Geo Mother's Name: Rebecca Coad Registration Year: 1898 Registration Place: Victoria Registration number: 7242 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1835

Have the 1851 census for Elisha living with the Bennett family as a possible too.
