This looks like an Elisha you could be referring to  ???

Elisha Hocking. Born ab out 1835 and aged 63 years. Died 1898 Eaglehawk. Victoria.
Father Geo Hocking and Mother Rebecca Coad
Registration number: 7242

Sandra

Added See anc tree on this one now - looks as if both parents died. George 1834 and Rebecca 1838. Looks as if a brother George 22 November 1831 - immigrated and died 1 Aug 1924 in Darlington, Lafayette, Wisconsin.

George is in Illogan with the Goad family in 1841 but Elisha not with the same family.
Can see a possibility for Elisha in 1851 with the Bennett family and then the marriage to Mary Ann Marks in December 1853 (Redruth 5C 523)
