Could any one tell me where the existing records of the above are held?Are they still in the church or elsewhere?

Local custody with copies in National Library (Dublin) according to this-

However, PRONI also list them-
http://www.proni.gov.uk/index_to_roman_catholic_records-6.pdf

Coleraine Library, Queens St. do have microfilmed copies of at least some of the records (same microfilm that PRONI will have).
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
