If Edward and Elizabeth were living together in 1901 plus children, and Elizabeth died 1904 and Edward in 1908 - that only leaves Edward less than 4 yrs to meet somebody and have 5 children by them???

As stated - there was no second family

This information is available to everybody - have you not checked the freebmd website for the information?  Transcriptions are into the late 1940's

As you are already aware from your other post - there are several entries with these names

If you read my posts, Florence was with an Edward on the 1911!
I'm just not sure that it is the same Edward!! ;D

Different age; different job.

Our original Edward is consist with his year of birth throughout the censuses - 1866.
Also his father, John, was a Stone Mason - as was Edward.

The Edward in the latest census was born 1869 and was a Bricklayer! That's a bit of a come-down?!

On the other hand, I can't find 2 Edward Fears in any census?! ???
