Hi

Robin Hood's Bay is/was (unsure of current borders) in the parish of Fylingdales.

Perhaps these may be of some use.

Source, Family Search:
8 Nov 1806 George Cook, s. of John Cook & Rachel, Fylingdales, bap.
8 Nov 1806 John Cook, s. of John Cook & Rachel, Fylingdales, bap.
Unsure if these are twins or just brothers baptised on the same day or a transcription error.
22 April 1810 Eliza Cook, d. of Benjamin Cook & Eliza, Whitby, bap.
1809 George Cook, Robin Hood's Bay, possible birth.

This may be George in the 1861 census:
RG9/3621/34/6
George aged 52
Elizabeth aged 46, wife.
George aged 26, son.
Sarah Stephenson (possibly Cook), aged 20, daughter, b. abt 1841, Brompton.
Rachel Cooke, aged 12, daughter.
Elizabeth Stephenson, aged 1, granddaughter.
William Cooke, aged 50, boarder, b. abt 1811, Robin Hood's Bay.

Regards
Geoff
